Culligan Quench

March 2020-Present

Content Marketing Manager​

Serve as webmaster for Culligan Quench, Culligan Quench Canada (English & French), and Culligan Puerto Rico (Spanish & English), including UX/UI, CRO (A/B testing), ongoing user experience, generative engine optimization, search engine performance optimization, KPI benchmarking, Google Analytics, Optimizely reporting of organic efforts. Responsible for a $500K budget and the resulting leads and revenue associated with that spend, plus monthly reporting to executive leadership team.

Content Marketing Specialist

Conducted extensive keyword research, using SEO tools like Moz and SEMrush, and leveraged that research to write blogs, category pages, local pages, and product detail pages focused on driving qualified high, middle, and lower funnel traffic. 

 

Content Marketing Associate 

Managed Quench's online community platforms, including reputation management (Google My Business, Yelp, BBB, Facebook reviews), social outreach, and influencer marketing, executing responsiveness and promoting increased positive engagement around the Quench brand. Successfully drove over five thousand 5-star reviews across third-party platforms.
